Vattuone Wins Diehl Scholarship

Giovanni Vattuone of WAMOGO’s class of ’23 is the recipient of the Margarete Diehl Scholarship.  The scholarship is awarded for determination, hard work and academic achievement.  As a Senior, Giovanni worked at the Goshen Town Clerk’s Office, under the supervision of the Town Clerk, Barbara Breor as part of WAMOGO’s Work Study Program.  He is also a certified lifeguard and a member of the swim team.  This summer, Giovanni will use his skills as a lifeguard at Woodridge Lake.  In the Fall, Giovanni will be heading north to Keene State College in New Hampshire where he plans to major in pre-law and political science.
