Present: Chair Lorraine Lucas, Vice Chair Thomas Stansfield, and Commissioners Devin Stilson, Dante Malanca, Ray Turri, and Matt Wheeler. Adam Andrusia was excused.

Lucas introduced the new interim Zoning Enforcement Officer, Marissa Wright. Mr. Spencer Musselman will be staying on to finish the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) and supplementary planning needs.

Public Hearing: Ike’s Auto Body, 225 North Goshen Road, Show Cause Hearing will continue at the May 7 Inland Wetlands meeting.

Approval of the minutes: The minutes of the Feb. 5 meeting were approved as written by the Commissioners.

Inland Wetlands Enforcement Officer Report: The Commissioners voted and approved the appointment of Wright as the Interim Enforcement Officer.

Other Business Proper to Come Before the Commission: Section 4.1 permitted uses of right: Sections of the current IWC application were reviewed and discussed. Proposals ultimately led to recommended modifications along with an increase in the permit fee structure. Discussion also occurred around changing the current wetlands setback from 100 to 200 feet.

POCD: The section 2016 Goshen Plan of Conservation and Development Goals, Issues, and Recommendations were briefly examined. Mr. Musselman will work on modifications for wetlands and report back to the Commission.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:19 p.m.
