Present: Chairman Jonathan Carroll, Vice Chairperson Lu-Ann Zbinden, and Shilo Garceau. Zoom: attendees: Jared Denis, Patrick Lucas, and Jerry Abrahams. Absent: Christopher Hurlburt and Dustin Mosley.

This Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) special session began with discussion on updates to the Goshen Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). Members made several language changes related to the number of housing units, affordable housing verbiage, and population and demographics.
