We, the Selectmen of the Town of Goshen, hereby give warning to persons legally entitled to vote thereat that a Special Town Meeting will be held in the Goshen Center School Gymnasium in said Town of Goshen on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1). To take such actions as the voters deem best with respect to the appropriation of the Town of Goshen's share of Regional School District #6 unpaid debt in the amount of $159,570.00.

2). To take such actions as the voters deem best with respect to the appropriation of the Town of Goshen's share of Regional School District #6 invoices paid by Litchfield in the amount of $55,931.78.

3). To take such actions as the voters deem best with respect to the appropriation of the Town of Goshen's liabilities for Regional School District #6 pension debt in the amount of $141,720.00.

4). To take such action as the voters deem best with respect to the adoption of an Ordinance Designating the Northwest Resource Recovery Authority's, the Town's Regional Resource Recovery Authority. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the Goshen Town Clerk, 42C North Street, Goshen, CT.
