Fraud Alert is a land records management service provided by Info Quick Solutions, Inc. (IQS), headquartered in Liverpool, NY. According to the Company, it is provided on an as-is, informational basis only and does not stop documents from being recorded in your name. You are responsible for accessing any documents mentioned in email alerts and taking appropriate action. By using this service you agree to hold IQS harmless for any and all damages. Some 51 Connecticut cities and towns have signed up to provide this service to their residents.

The Company states that it takes the storing and protection of personal information seriously, that they limit the data they collect to what is necessary to provide and maintain their service, and never share information with any third party.
