FREEDOM CORNER: More Town EMails

Since July of 2023, The Goshen News has been active in its attempts to gather town leaders’ email addresses or phone numbers to enable communication between those making decisions affecting Goshenites  and Goshenites themselves.  In the coming months, we hope to have this information on our website along with town numbers, emergency numbers, State & Federal Officials serving Goshen as well as other contact numbers.

Reluctantly, on March 21, 2024, a formal Freedom of Information request was made to the Town Clerk, and each of the members of the Board of Selectmen.  To date, the only response has been from the Town Clerk who through SEEC records has released the email addresses below. It is hoped that the Board of Selectmen will give Goshenites the information they need to participate in the democratic process.  

 Each person in the list below was contacted to ensure the correct email was given.  They also had the opportunity to create a new one for town business or use an existing alternate email. The list below reflects the leaders who responded to our email.  We thank them.  We will publish more contact information in the next issue.
